When I go to Milex, they treat me like family. They remember my name every time I go in, and everyone I deal with is very friendly. They are always upfront with me. I never have a problem with anything they do. They do not create problems beyond what you went in with, and they do not pressure you or try to sell anything other than what you need. Over all, my experience with Milex Complete AutoCare has been great. I have been going there over 2 years now. I have had 2 tires replaced and another 2 repaired. I have also had headlights installed and oil changes. Luckily, I have not needed any major work, but they do everything. They are very experienced and knowledgeable. And they get me in on short notice. I just enjoy going there. more

If it is a larger problem they will walk me through the process in terms of exactly what it is and exactly what I am paying for. I am always satisfied on the other end. When I ask Mike, at Milex Complete Auto Care, questions he makes me feel comfortable. He makes good suggestions about my car and is flexible with his service. If I can't drop off my car he will give me rides, or will pick up the car. He really has good, friendly guys working for him. I have used Milex since it opened, which was about 2 cars ago. I've never really had any issues with the repairs they have done. They fix everything right. If there is something that I need I will take it to them, and if it is time to do something Mike lets me know. He stays on top of things. It really is good, hometown service. more

I would recommend Milex Complete AutoCare to anybody because of their service and knowledge. They are honest people who stand behind their work. Someone recommended Milex to me and I am glad that I decided to use them. When I initially talked to them, I got a good feeling and liked the way they dealt with their customers. I went to them with a problem with my wheel that had broken and hit the transmission, damaging the inside. So, there were 2 problems. They were able to repair the car and I am very pleased with the work they did. When you talk about transmission work, it costs quite a bit of money. They quoted me a price and, actually, the final price was less than what they quoted, which was good. My car is running fine and, if I want to resell it, I know I can still get something for it. If you have any problems, you can trust Milex Complete AutoCare to stand behind their work. They want to see you again in 10-15 days to make sure there are no problems. This was the case with the transmission work they did for me. Milex also gave me a warranty, which was one of the most important things to me. When you spend a good amount of money, you like to have a warranty. I will definitely use them again. more

I went to Milex Complete AutoCare for an oil change. This was my first time using them and the service was quick, less than 20 minutes. Everything was great. They also looked at my tires, which were worn down, and suggested that I change them, but I decided to wait on that. Milex Complete AutoCare was courteous, quick, and more trustworthy than other oil change services. I also would recommend that people go there because it is closer than having to go all the way into Chicago. I would use them again. more

The reason I go to Milex Complete AutoCare is because I feel that I get what I pay for. The price is fair and they are trustworthy. I initially started going there because I was told by a different shop that I absolutely needed new brakes. When I took it to Mike at Milex, his price was substantially less and he told me that he would replace the brakes if I wanted, but that they did not actually need to be replaced. Mike is a congenial person and I value his input. His shop has worked on my car, which is getting up there in mileage, as well as my son's car. They also are very respectful of women. When my wife has taken the car in, they have treated her very respectfully. more

The first time I used Milex Complete AutoCare was for an older pickup truck that needed some work done. I was satisfied with the service I got at Milex and have been back twice for work on my car. They are very polite and do good quality work. They went above and beyond by giving me a ride home, free of charge, which I was not expecting. Everything is working well now and I have not had any problems with them. After they fixed my brakes and rotor, I felt an immediate difference in my stopping power. They have also done a lot of suspension work for me. The only issue is that I wish it could have been done more quickly. However, I know that they had to go through my warranty company, so that may have been why it took longer than I expected. more

I initially walked into Milex Complete AutoCare when they had just opened. At the time, I was not happy with the mechanic I had been using, so I decided to try Milex. I have been going back ever since because of their friendly and respectable atmosphere. Milex has worked on multiple cars for me over the years, including cars for friends and family. They have been very helpful and, if there were any problems, they have always honored the warranties that they gave me.
