Mr. Transmission

I have never found better mechanics in my life. They hear me as a customer. They make sure my car is safe, and they are very accommodating about prices and being put on a payment plan. They really go above and beyond. I have even taken my children's cars there, and my own car has been there several times. I constantly refer other people to them. They do everything on my vehicle, from mild inspections to more extensive work. Also, they are always polite and never make me feel invisible. They are caring, honest, and understanding. more

Mr. Transmission in Augusta has wonderful customer service. They have done a few jobs for me with great results. Most recently they did a complete break job on my '05 Chevy TrailBlazer. Every time I go to them they are very accommodating, speak in a language that is understandable, and if they have bad new it is not the end of the world. They always give me options to work with. The best part about their service is the way they treat you. I always pay attention to how a business treats the people that come before me, and the people that go after me. It doesn't matter if you go to Mr. Transmission in Augusta for a ten thousand dollar repair or a hundred dollar one. They will treat you with the same enthusiasm and respect as every guest that walks in. more

Mr. Transmission is awesome. They take care of me, and I love them. They did a couple of things for the maintenance of my car, and I've been with them for over a year now. Their workmanship is excellent, but they also provide amazing customer service. I've been to a lot of other places, but none compare to Mr. Transmission. They work with me when it comes to payments, and explain to make sure that I understand everything that is going on with my car. They even test drive the car with me to help me figure out what the problem is. What's even better is that although the specialize in transmissions, they do great work with all other types of car maintenance. I am definitely a satisfied customer. more

I took my vehicle to Mr. Transmission after having some major issues with my vehicle. The car was making some serious noises. I had them evaluate it which they did in a timely fashion. The work was going to be expensive but they worked with me to make it cost less. They had a connection to an outside source to get gently used parts which made the work much cheaper. I really enjoyed that level of customer service. more

The people at Mr. Transmission are courteous and are willing to help those who aren't very fortunate. I had a fuel pump removed, the transmission rebuilt and a normal oil change for my car. Their work is excellent, and their customer service has been sensational! more

I have worked with Mr. Transmission at least one other time in the past. They do great work and even had a payment plan for me. Recently. they did some work on my '96 Chevy Cavalier's transmission. It took them about three weeks, but everything worked fine when they were finished. I would recommend them. more
