Technician Werner 4/14/2013

I had an issue with my garbage disposal and technician Werner came out assessed the problem and was able to replace the broken garbage disposal in 30 minutes. He was very professional, explained the issue, went over the different options and made the repair quickly. He worked very neat and was extremely friendly, it felt like having a friend come over to make the repair even though I had never met him. I would recommend technician Werner and this company and will be using them in the future. more

I really recommend Mr. Rooter and Chris Passarelli who helped us quickly and with perfect results. Happened to drill into a water pipe when I was installing a bathroom mirror. Mr. Rooter came quickly, even though it was a Sunday afternoon. Will definitely use Mr. Rooter again! /Eric Roos more

Excellent Service with professialism 4/13/2013

Brian Donohue did an outstanding repairing my leaking faucet and installing an instant hot water heater under my kitchen sink. He is very professional and left the job completely clean. I plan on requesting for any future plumbing jobs. more

Kitchen Sink Backed Up 4/9/2013

Chris Passarelli, from the Deerfield Location serviced my home yesterday. He was friendly and fast. Got right in and corrected the problem. I felt comfortable having him in my home and introduced him to a few of my animals. Chris got a kick out of meeting my singing African Grey. I would recommend this company, because they are fast in the scheduling process and professional when they come to your home. They don't haggle the prices and the price was fair. Thank you. :-0 more

Ritch came and quickly addressed the issues we had called about. He then looked at additional items we'd identified since requesting the service. He was able to obtain all required parts and complete all the work during the same visit, at a reasonable cost. A week later we called again to get Ritch to do additional work and had a similar, positive experience. more

I have used this company for 4 years at least. Since Brian first visit to my house I have requested for him to come for my repairs as needed. He has been here four times. Always a polite and professional job. He is courteous and comes with knowledge. I would recommend your company and Brian to do any job at my home and other people's homes.. I would use Brian if he left your company and went to work else where more
