When I called them last week and explained what was wrong with my new Amana washing machine they gave me a recommendation on how to fix it over the phone. It worked! It never happened to me before. What a wonderful experience! more

My maytag washer repair! 3/15/2011

My maytag washer was leaking. I was really scared it would ruin my wooden floors. I live in the upper east side ,and I called Mr Laundryman's. The technician Sam came over and told me that nothing was wrong with the machine, but that there was a problem with the sewer and suggested me to call to a drain cleaning service company. He explained to me in detail what was happening, it was clear he had a lot of experience. If I ever have any problems with my other appliances, I would definitely call this company again because its clear that their technicians know what they’re doing! more

Maytag dryer repair! 3/15/2011

My dryer had no heat and I figured it was the element. The technician ( his name was Sam) explained that there were several other things it could be , so he would check it out completely. I watched as he tested each part to be sure it was good. Finally, he found out that it was a blown fuse. The replacement was inexpensive. I will gladly recommend Mr Laundryman's to all my friends, neighbors and clients! more

GE dryer 3/12/2011

Mr Laundryman's crew was able to repair my GE dryer on the same day I called for an appointment. The entire process took them no more than an hour. The guys did not leave to obtain the replacement parts. They had everything they needed in their truck. I would highly recommend their services to others. more
