Reliable pleasant service 3/17/2016

I have called over to the guys at Mr. Handyman serving Greater Jacksonville several times for help and for me that is the biggest endorsement, because if I did not like the work they did I would not keep calling them. They are really great and they take real good care of you. I had them put in a new toilet in the bathroom recently and it is working spectacularly, which I am really happy about, because there is nothing worse than a malfunctioning toilet. The technicians they send out are always really nice and it is just a real pleasure dealing with these people. more

Mr. Handyman has always provided excellent service. Scheduling has always been accommodating to my schedule. I always appreciate the call ahead to confirm. He arrived on time, doesn't waste time, worked diligently, and completed every task given to him. more

Job well done 2/4/2016

I hired Mr. Handyman to take off my old shutters and then put up new ones. The worker cut up the old shutters and put them in trash bags to be picked up the next day. All the work was done by one guy. He was very polite, courteous and professional and cleaned up after himself. more

Terrible! 1/22/2016

The technician had no clue on installing a simple backsplash. He ended up putting breaking tile installing them without my consent. Would not recommend this company, 600 dollars later I have to find another company to fix his mistakes. Excellent Service 1/10/2016

My technician called first and then arrived right on time. He performed the requested work without breaks or hesitation. It ended up being less than the original estimate and I was very pleased with the quality of work. I am using Mr Handyman again for my spring repairs. more

Overall good experience 1/7/2016

The original wall replacement job from a home re-pipe was done correctly. I had to call and have them come finish off a couple of items that I wasn't satisfied with but as soon as I called they sent someone out to come fix and it looks great. I would use them again, they care about customer satisfaction and return business. more

Outstanding! 1/4/2016

On time and professional. My first experience with Mr. Handyman fell on a Saturday and the job was complete within 30 minutes which was impressive but the most impressive aspect was the ongoing check-ins from their business office. They made sure that I was completely satisfied with the work as well as confirming the appointment hours prior to the actual visit. I will definitely recommend Mr. Handyman to my family, friends and co-workers. more

Hard Working Men 1/2/2016

Second time using your service for jobs to tough for us to handle. This time it was replacing an older style back door that was smaller than it's replacement. You took care to not crack interior plaster walls. You also repaired the some wood in the front of the house using old fashioned brain power. You will be out to our house again. more
