The tech was on time and before he started working he assessed the work that needed done and told us upfront if he'd be able to fix it. He started working, and worked very efficiently to get it done in a timely manner. more

House looks better now than when it was first built! 1/24/2014

This was my first time using Mr. Handyman Serving Greater Jacksonville, and I was very pleased. My handyman was Marty. I had already been recommended to him by someone from my church and also by my sister and brother-in-law. I had him replace part of my siding and paint some wood. Marty did it all by himself for the most part, and a gentleman named Pete helped him out a little bit. The quality of the materials and paint that he used was top of the line. It took about 11 days to complete all the work. He did a really excellent job. It honestly looks better than when the house was first built. I feel very proud of the work he did. All I can say is: go with Mr. Handyman! You will be pleased with the quality of the workmanship and the professionalism of the company! more

I sort of doubted using Mr. Handyman at first and almost called and cancelled. I am so glad I didn't and so glad I met Paul. He made sure to use my time fully and even did a little extra for me. He's so thorough--everything had to be perfect! I wil definitely refer people to use Mr handyman. When they say done right they mean done right!! more

I had some fascia on the second story of my home that needed repairs. I was not able to get to it because I couldn't set the ladder down below. Mike from Mr. Handyman came out, looked at the job, and decided about what it would take to get it done. He then sent me an estimate, which I agreed to. Then we made an appointment for when he would show up to do the work (weather permitting). He showed up and actually did the job in fewer hours than he had estimated. The overall price was also lower than he had predicted. more

Mr. Handyman is as good as it gets. They're very professional, efficient, and prompt. They sent a very polite plumber to replace all the sinks in our home and the plumbing underneath. He put new faucets and light fixtures in our bathrooms in a very swift and competent manner. I didn't feel nervous about the way he was performing the job at all. I felt comfortable having someone knowledgeable and ethical fixing my home. Mr. Handyman offers fair prices and I'm glad to have found them. more

Completely phenomenal 12/19/2013

The appointment was completely phenomenal, just a wonderful experience. You cannot tell there was ever anything wrong and my handyman was courteous and on time and although they are a little high, you get what you pay for, and I was very pleased and didn't mind spending the money. I will definitely let others know about it. This was my first time with Mr Handyman but it will not be my last. Everything in all the reviews was all correct! It was a very enjoyable experience. We even came out under the estimate-it was expensive but well worth it! more

My faucets and everything look and work great! He did a great job. My experience was wonderful...my tech wad neat and professional, and the office follow up was great. I got confirmation calls and an email and then a follow-up call afterwards. I will be using them again after the new year! more

My Christmas lights look great! 12/3/2013

Pete was wonderful, he just got out there and got everything done. All I have to do to turn on my christmas lights is hit 2 switches! I had lots of compliments on my christmas lights already. I will be getting more for next year! more

Expensive but excellent! 11/25/2013

We called Mr. Handyman Serving Greater Jacksonville to work on a number of different things at our house. The guy who came knew how to fix everything. He hung a chandelier for us, reversed a door to open from the other direction, nailed down loose trim around the house and fixed a running toilet. He also replaced a brick mailbox. Everything he did turned out perfectly. He worked really hard all day, and he didn't leave until everything we wanted was done. We've had no problems with any of the work he did, and I think he did a great job. The service is kind of expensive, but I know the guy who came was really an expert. We could probably have found a cheaper service, but there's no guarantee they could have done everything we wanted. Mr. Handyman was able to fix everything. I think you get a better return if you have more projects done and have them stay longer since the first two hours are more expensive. You should think of all the things you want fixed and have everything organized. \ more

Painless installation 11/22/2013

I hired Mr. Handyman of Jacksonville to hang a flat TV over my fireplace and run all of the wiring. Mike made it all perfect. It looks beautiful! more

Great as always 11/20/2013

We've had multiple situations where we needed help with things. Our house was built in 96, and Mr. Handyman has been a godsend for us. Whether it's an appliance situation like this time, or painting, or installing a sink, it was all done in a way you'd want to have done in your home. We've just been very pleased. more

Pete did a good job. He took care of my house like it waz his own home, I was impressed. It was comforting having a handyman who was so knowledgeable. He met or exceeded my standards, especially in the timeframe for framing and drywalling my wall. more

The gentleman was early, my work looks great, and I'm very impressed! I'm actually waiting for another service provider now, who didn't show up for the appointment and are hard to work with. It points out the contrast of how easy it is to work with Mr. Handyman! I would definitely use them again! more

Little expensive. but good work 11/11/2013

The work looks good, but due to some complications with my sink and the cabinets the handyman had to make some changes, so things were a little more expensive than we thought. But my sink looks good and I'm pleased with the work. more
