He looked neat and well groomed. After Raymond looked at the problem he told me exactly what was wrong, what needed to be done and the price. As I watched him work, he was very pleasant and explained what he was doing in detail step by step. He was very patient with all my questions I had. I called at lunchtime, and within two hours, they were in my kitchen troubleshooting the problem, a very leaky faucet. Within an hour and half, I had a very cool brand new kitchen faucet, and they included a built-in soap dispenser, as well! These guys were the definition of efficient.
