Mr. Cool Waters is run by a scam artist. He promises great service but then you receive a machine that is broken 90% of the time and he does nothing to fix it. We have been waiting for a replacement machine for over a year and still have not gotten it. Meanwhile, we are at his mercy and paying over $300 a month for a machine that doesn't work. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. more

Mr Cool Waters , Great people to do business with , I have had great experience with them , and never have had any negative comments about them , they have quick response .... I had the Chance to meet the President of the Company , and he was a great helpfull Person ,never knew he was the President until they told me he was just a simple humble man .... his staff is very professional ....I recommend MR .COOL WATERS and COFFE to Any one looking for the Service.... more
