We were customers here starting at the grand opening of carnetts after the service got bad we stoped going. When Mr Clean took it over we trid it again the first time they did a very good job. Today not so good. The service dept is grate. The car wash dept is not. When they were done they came in to show me the van. They had not done a good job but that is OK because it is a work van anyway. I paid to have the tires shined they had not done it. Then they only done the driver side. When I pulled in my driveway I could not belive it I spent $141.00 last week and $40.08 today plus tip. NEVER AGAIN ! more

after standing around for 20 minutes trying to find someone who can help me i gave up and left. save your time and take your business elsewhere this is ridiculous. more

New owners, worse service 4/20/2008

The older gent who used to own this place really took great care and was wonderful. New owners are rarely around and their employees need a lot of retraining. Bad customer service and me and the wife will not go there anymore after years of going there with my BMW and her Merz. Pros: cheap price Cons: bad customer service, owner change has made poor quality, really gone downhill more
