Great Service 9/27/2019

MC did yearly service on HVAC Heat Pump this morning. They preventively replaced a part. Right after they left the brand new part failed. It took a while but they returned and fixed the problem. Glad I have a yearly contract or it would have cost me a boatload of money. more

Great Service, with a fair price 8/21/2018

Both Jared & Jeremy came to our rescue last week, when a drain backed up. They assessed the issue quickly resolved it and a couple of other items that needed tending at the same time at a fair price. Would not hesitate to recommend these gentlemen to anyone. They are quick and efficient. more

I know ahead of time that the job will be done with expertise and efficiency. Peter has made a couple of calls here whether it's the annual check or a problem. He's always on time, knowledgeable, and friendly. Thank you for your help with any problems and fixing anything, no matter how big or small. more

He was respectful of my home by putting on shoe covers which doesn't happen very often, and exuded confidence in his craft. I would recommend that you ask for him by name when considering technicians to complete your work. more

Best HVAC service in Augusta/Aiken 4/25/2014

After calling several HVAC companies in the Augusta area I was finally able to reach Mr. Central and his highly trained technicians saved my families life. We were expecting extremely low temperatures for the next 3 days (lows in the teens) and my Heater decided to break down. Thanks to his mobile "parts warehouse on wheels" they had the required parts on their service truck to get our heat pump back up and running that same day. When they arrived it was right before 5:00 PM and the sun was setting fast and it was bitter cold outside. Not only are they dedicated to staying on the job until it is finished the owner Robert G stopped by early the next morning to make sure our system was working properly and that my family was safe from the elements. I would without hesitation recommend Robert and his outstanding staff at Mr. Central for all of your Heating and Cooling needs. They truly go the extra mile. more
