This company and its technician, Michael, were super prompt, efficient and knowledgeable. The company calls the day before the service appointment to confirm the appointment, which is given in a four-hour range. The technician is happy to call when he's on his way to your home as well. When he arrived, the technician brought booties to put over his shoes so he would not get my floors dirty. He was fast and very knowledgeable. My microwave required a part, so another appointment was scheduled for the following week. Again, prompt, efficient and on time. Problem solved. more

I have never been so impressed by any company as I have this company. A man by the name of Michael came over and covered his shoes before walking in as to not bring any dirt into the house. He called 20 minutes before to let me know he was on his way. He was very pleasant and had the oven fixed in just a short time. They may not be the cheapest in price but there was no waist of time he knew exactly what to do and he did it. I would highly recommend this company to my friends. more

I called Mr. Appliance and made an appointment to replace the top front panel of our Bosch dishwasher. We had already ordered and received the replacement part, but did not have the tools necessary to replace the panel. The technician arrived on time and was polite and efficient. He replaced the panel and within a half an hour, the dishwasher was repaired. more

Mr. Appliance repaired our washer that had quit spinning or agitating, leaving clothes sopping wet. On the first visit, the repair person evaluated our washer and found it had a bad motor. The required parts were ordered and installed within 3 days. We truly believe that the washer now works better than it did when it was new (7 years ago). more

The service man arrived on time and checked referagerator for cooling, His professional advise was that the replacement of the compressor would cost about $600.00, Since the refergerator is over 20 years old I was advised that it would be better to replace the referagerator with a new high effency unit. He was polite and professional. Very good overall. Found them on Angies List with an A rating. more

The area where the water and ice cube dispenser and the ice cube maker would frost up, sometimes so much that the freezer door would almost stick shut. The technician immediately diagnosed and fixed the problem. I called describing our problem at 8:30 a.m. and by 12:15 p.m. the technician arrived at our front door. He quickly saw the source of the problem went to his truck and brought back a part to replace the rusted one. The new part, he pointed out, was made from rust-proof material, an advancement the manufacturer implemented only after other owners of the same refrigerator reported the same problem. The price certainly was not cheap, but I was told the cost upfront, and the work was efficient and competently performed. I figured you get what you pay for. Jim also told me the coupon would apply before I asked about it. Other service providers I have used with coupon offers did not mention the coupon until I did, hoping I would forget it. more

I called Mr Appliance at 1pm today because our refrigerator / freezer was not cooling. The representative promised to have a repairman here between 3 & 5, he came early and the job was complete before 3:30. He was professional in every sense: He was clean, he showed us the problem with the circuit board, have me an estimate on the spot, fixed the issue and cleaned up around. The area around the fridge looked better than when he started! The price of the repairs was a little on the high side but it was more than offset by the quality of the service experience. It is refreshing to have a service experience that exceeds expectations. more

We had a power outage that seemed to ruin our stove. Mr. Appliance came out and were able to fix it. The service was great. We thought we were going to have to buy a whole new stove, but they were able to fix it right up. It took about 3 visits with getting all the right parts and everything, but he did a great job with it. My wife and I are very happy with the outcome. more

Mr. Appliance was hired to fix our Dacor kitchen stove. We had been getting an error code for several months and finally got around to having the appliance fixed. Bob was the technician and determined the probably cause and quoted the job. A part needed to be ordered so I paid for the job and agreed to meet again once the part came in. I was very impressed with Bob and also the fact that I was being charged by the job not by the hour. This came in handy when Bob returned with the part and then when he tried to install the keypad found that there was a special tool needed that the repair notes did not specify. Well the tool was ordered and Bob returned again and really had to struggle to get access to the keypad. He worked very hard and completed the job without complaining. He recommended some good cleaners and tips and the repair seems to have solved our problem. The error code was a bit sporadic so time is needed but I feel confident that if I have any more issues Mr. Appliance will help me. I can't say enough about Bob, he was great.\r Job was completed for the quoted price in spite of the extra time needed for tools and reluctant parts. Very satisfied more
