Move It Or Lose It Inc

I called these guys up last minute to help me move my items from a small storage into my apartment. They were very professional and helpful on the phone. They told me exactly how many blankets I would need for my furniture so it would not be damaged and everything. When they showed up they moved everything so quickly that I was so amazed! I mean this would of taken me all day and it took them just a few hours. I didn't see them take any breaks or even begin to look tired. I am extremely happy with their service and plan on posting a great review about you guys wherever I can find your name. I want everyone to know that you are a really great company! I didn't expect them to arrive on time on the day when I had to move. I did have several large pieces of furniture that were fragile so they took their time to move them which was very much appreciated. They wrapped everything up in blankets and this wrap so they would not scratch any of the wood. These guys were great! I would definitely use them again. more

I've used these movers twice and both times they were awesome! Last Sept they moved our entire office in only a few hours. I was so impressed with how easily they moved our huge file cabinets that I decided to use them again this month when I bought my new house. This time I was even more impressed. Our kids were a acting out and constantly getting in the way. The movers handled this very well. Both of the workers said they had kids of their own. They also blanketed and shrink wrapped all of our dressers and glass cabinets before even moving them. We have used movers in the past and I have never seen any of the other companies go out of their way so much to make us happy. Not once did they take a break, other than lunch. We had a horrible experience with this moving company. The movers seriously damaged our custom woodwork, walls and furniture. Do NOT hire them. The movers they sent were not strong enough to lift the furniture and dropped several items on the way up and down the stairs. The walls of our new home had gouges that needed to be filled and worse was the damage that could not be repaired to the custom woodwork on the banisters. There are gouges and scratches in the wood. Several pieces of furniture were seriously damaged. The owner would not provide his insurance information and sued us when we put a stop payment on the check until the damages could be resolved. The entire experience with this company was a nightmare. Pros: cheap but you get what you pay for Cons: no insurance coverage, movers not strong enough to handle furniture, major damages more
