Con: Phone staff was rude to myself and my daughter both when we called for general information on how their clinic operates.\r

Decision:We will not be new clients.\r

Tip: You may be the the best Vet in the world but your front desk staff or technician is rude, ambivalent and just generally unpleasant. I called one day and my daughter called another and we both had the same experience. We will make the trip back to the Brigham Vet where we used to live. Really it does not take much to be minimally pleasant, but I’m amazed how uncommon that behavior has become.
