I scheduled a before move-in deep clean and was left with barely a surface job. I was unable to communicate to the crew that came as they spoke little English. I assumed that the office manager told them which service had been requested. When I arrived home later, I found that only the sinks, counters and mirrors were cleaned. The floors were still dirty as were the cabinets, baseboards, ceiling fans etc. When I later got a hold of the office manager she offered to send someone in again but as we were moving in that day it wasn't possible. She ended up deducting a mere third of the original price which was rather high to begin with.
I wouldn't recommend taking the chance with this company unless you are prepared to do most of the cleaning yourself.
