I liked the mounds theater the people are always nice to me, they always give a military and student discount, and the slope that the seats are on makes it easer to see the movie without someones head getting in the way. The arms for the chairs lift up for more room and to make it easer to get in or out of your seat. The seats are also very soft making a long movie less painfull. They have great quality sound, good screen size, and a clean theater to boot. All in all I would say that its one of my favorite theaters to go to. Amazing Threatre, Great Service, Nice and Clean 2/23/2008

If you are looking for a place to watch the latest theatre releases, Mounds 10 is the place for you. With great service, clean restrooms, and great seating you're bound to enjoy any movie. Before people used to go to Applewood 9 now that they only play re-runs Mounds 10 ups the playing field. Truly a place to have fun. horrible management, what happened to customer services? Ruined movie experience 5/25/2007

mounds mall 10 is a nice theather to visit, but fails to properly respond to any helpful suggestions on what would help improve customer satisfaction. My family visited the theater and decided to try using the meal and a movie that Garfield's offer. It was a great deal on the movie ticket prices only $6 per ticket a $2.75 savings but because we were unable to finish our meals we requested to take the leftovers. We have done this many times in the past without any difficulties, unfortunately tonight was a different story. We walked up to the ticket person and he was quiet hateful instructing us we could not bring our leftovers into the movie we could leave the leftovers on the counter and pick it up. I thought in this day and time that wasn't safe to leave my food unattended for 2 hours in a busy theater. My husband had to take the spagetti to our car and then walk back into the theater in which we ended up missing 10 minutes of the movie. While I was waiting on my husband to walk back into the theater I thought I shirley can't be the only person who has encountered this situation so I thought I would make a suggestion to the manager to please add "" do not bring carry out into theater"" on the advertisement within Garfield's and within the theater. The manager quickly became upset with my suggestion and told me she didn't have time to deal with my so called complaint and she didn't care about my concern and we could leave the theater if we don't like it. The reason for the rule is because of peanut allergies other patrons may have and theater has poor air exchangeand therefore I could not bring my leftover spagetti in? I have worked in public service for the past 25 years and I have never yelled at a customer for trying to improve my service. I have also never told a customer I am too busy taking care of other customers to care about they're concerns. In fact she was raising her voice and was very embarrassing for us. Sorry we chose this theater-never again Pros: clean facility Cons: hateful employee and management, don't make helpful suggestions-not appreciated more
