BE CAREFUL. this man used to be a chef people....he doesn't know anything about cars...just happens to be good with words. ""I will take care of you"" must be one of his best lines, I heard it too.. Be aware... when they have cats crawling all over the office and horrible customer rest room, that the mechanics use also since you have to walk thru the garage to get to it. I liked the car, had the money, he assured me all was well with the car, I even asked for a carfax and he gave me one after a few times of asking..maybe he didn't know what the outcome was going to be on the report. decent report, i bought the car. He told me if there was anything at all, not to hesitate to call him and he would be happy to help. Great I thought...a week later, driving home from work, check engine light is flashing and it is missing...I call him, he says stop by and we'll take a look. I did, sat there and sat there, finally I asked is someone going to take a look, he said oh yea, and had his head mechanic look at it, which was non-certified it turns out. and that is just what he did, look at it. So he said I will have to hook it up to the computer and see what it says. he said can you leave the car. I said yes,stopped to pick car up after 6 pm the next day and still was not worked on. finally got it fixed after a few days, but not how he told me he would fix it, since my brother is a ""master mechanic"" and looked at it after they fixed supposedly, but my brother ended up replacing what they said they did. Then I wanted to trade it in and he wanted to give me less than 1/2 of what i paid for trade in, the year before he said ""he would take care of me, when I asked his trade in policy"" and that he loves repeat business!! Well, I would have to beg to differ!! And not to mention, it took them the full 30 days to get my titlework done. Thanks jack but maybe you should think about how much more you would make if you did have repeat business. I must admit, I am always leery of on-site finance car lots, but Jack and the rest of the staff at Motor King made me feel like I was in my dining room instead of making a big purchasing decision. I bought a nice little car for a price I thought was fair and I could definitely afford and it's ran great every since. Jack even did the normal maintenance for me because I was having a tough time last month. \r \r The shop is not as pretty as an Auto Mall, but I was not buying the shop. I easily got the car without bank issues and it has been a good car. Jack has treated me great and I would recommend this shop to anyone...as long as you pay your bills. Pros: Good Prices, Easy Financing, No Hassle, Low Pressure Cons: Shop could use a remodel more

I bought a car there and it had some things wrong with it. Jack ( the owner) had promised to take care of it. He had my car for a week and when i had got it back nothin had been fixed on it! The service was horrible! I would never recommend this place to buy a car! He took days on returning a phone call!! The shop and his place of business is nasty!! All I am say that any one looking to buy a car please be careful with him! make sure you have someone else ckeck the car out before buying it! Pros: nice people Cons: dont know nothing about cars and has every bad serivce and needs to learn how to clean!!! more

I got my car here and Jack was a great help. He was very informative and helped me find the right car for me.My car had valger language wrote all over the trunk and he painted it to match my cars color. He fixed my caer when it was running rough andeven offered service to me after my warrentee ran out. I would recommend this car lot. He sells, fixes and even has a detail shop for all his customers if they want the service.I've had my car 3 yrs now and I'm trading it in for a new vehicle this week. Pros: Everyony's easy to talk to. Cons: I don't know any at this time. more

Bought a Vehicle that the owner vowed to be one of the best on the lot. I had to take it back 3 times within the first 3 weeks to have engine work done. He told me that he would ""take care of me"" when I purchased the car. Come to find out that when the 30 day is up, he doesn't take care of his customers at all, not even a return phone call. I was told when there needed to be something done to the car after the 30 day warranty, call him, he'll discount the service and take care of the situation. That has not happened at all. Sad to say, but after he had the money, he wasn't worried about word of mouth advertising or repeat business. All I recommend is seek carefully with this company, They couldn't even get my title to me until the very last minute that my temp tags ran out.
