room relatively small and simple but great if you just want to spend a couple of nights without paying a fortune. walking to the beach approx 15 min.\r more

Last minute trip to Santa Cruz and went to Expedia and found this. Afforadble, great hotel staff. They actually have smoking rooms which was a plus. Def will be back next time I go to Santa Cruz Beach boardwalk. more

We were in town for the night to see B.O.C. at The Boardwalk. This motel isn't the Ritz, but it served it's purpose well for a place close to the Boardwalk just to crash for the night. The pillows were fluffier than some I've seen in nicer motels, and they give you plenty of them. Our room was clean, had a decent sized bathroom. Nice sized TV with cable. We were very comfortable there and would stay there again if we ever come back to that area. more

dog friendly. No problems with Wyatt here. And the bathroom in the room was newly remodeled and decent. Their showers have really high pressure heads on them. more

Friendly and Efficient 5/3/2012

The motel is a 5 minute walk to downtown. I had a problem with wi-fi the first night, and the front desk clerk reset the router for me and went as far as to offer me the use of his laptop. Housekeeping is friendly and effficient. more

Absolutely horrible... 8/10/2010

THE worst ""motel"" I've ever stayed in. Dirty stained towels, broken shower, tile flooring, windows with no screen, beds had no sheets, disgusting chairs with stains and burn holes, no hair dryer, everything just seemed to get worse and worse. If maids were said to do anything besides pick up trash and remake the beds I wouldn't believe it. I hope to never come across this shitty of a place to stay again. more

Wow.......Where to start.... Very small. Front desk was very rude. Non smoking room with cig burns marks though out the beadspreads. Missing tile on the floor. Just all around dirty. People fighting all night . Pounding on doors and yelling all night. Old beds. NOT...NOT a place to bring children or your family. Don't except to get some sleep. For a $109.00 a night this not the place to stay. What a waste of money......... Cons: Con : 95% of the place more

Not a place to stay. Dirty and last night there was a huge fight outside in the hallway. It's a dog friendly hotel but I wouldn't bring my kids or family here again. more

Not likely to return 10/27/2008

The service desk was cordial enough to me but later I was there when a shouting match took place between another customer and an employee. Clearly the employee wasn't professional in his exchange with this person in fact he was quite rude. Pros: price Cons: room not designed for comfort. more
