These guys are horrible, especially David English. These guys use all the type dealer tricks. Making you wait excessively, hard balling you, switching salesmen, etc. It's always a bad sign at a dealership when a salesperson is basically waiting for you on the lot and doesn't even give you a chance to check the car out on your own. This guy is usually ""the nice guy"". He'll try to befriend you and get you to test drive the car and get you in the office. Once you're in there, they switch salesmen on you, making you wait excessively in between switches. They'll bring in the ""closer"" once they sense you really want the car. This guy, David English was rude, didn't even look me in the eye and treated me very disrespectfully. Do NOT come here or do business with people that don't treat you as customers right. It's YOUR money. They acted like I was just a number and they don't really need my business. Well, if that's the case, then so be it! They didn't try to negociate with me in good faith, nor did they take into account anything i was saying about the car itself. They don't listen or communicate and I left the dealership feeling very angry and annoyed. The next day, I found the same exact car at another dealership for the price I had wanted. Mossy said that I was crazy for asking what I asked for, but apparently not! I am very pleased with my purchase at the other dealership the next day and I am so glad I didn't buy it from here.
Cons: Rude, horrible service, uninformed about their own inventory
