I would give them zero stars if I could. I have called more times than I can remember without a single call back. They have claimed to have lost information, yet cashed the check that was sent with it. But then have never asked for the information again. So I still don't know if they found it or not. I would guess that I have called over ten times with no return phone call. I have never in my life dealt with such poor customer service.
