Was looking to move to the area & was referred by a friend. Looked at a couple of properties & was very surprised that they were fairly decent for the money. Was seriously considering a property until I overheard what I thought should have been a private conversation w/one of the reps & her husband. Turns out it was a contractor she was speaking to in a very unprofessional manner. Your home page states that ""you manage for others as if it were your own property & also that you handle every detail in a professional, personal & conscientious manner"". That's definitely an understatement, since you're willing to go above & beyond moral boundaries! Business is business & should be strictly so. But when your rep felt the need to resort to tacky sexual content to get a job done, it was a turnoff. Not only that, but when females called in, she was very respectful of what she said & kept it short & sweet. That being said, why didn't she just do the appropriate thing & speak consistently w/everyone?! It was very unprofessional, very unnecessary & very disrespectful to spouses or significant others. This not only shows the character of your chosen contractor, but also the character of your personnel & your company. Customer service is one thing...but intentional ignorance is another. That's when I decided to sign w/a PROFESSIONAL property management company!!!\r
