Avoid Business With 7/22/2011

Morlan Shell Ford in West Plains: AVOID BUSINESS WITH!! On a trip, a part went out in my Ford 350. I had the dealer fix it, or so I thought. Part went out 10 months later & in under 8 K miles. Ford won't replace part because dealer didn't follow protocol (part would go out again unless another part was replaced too). Another local dealer fixed & repaired properly. Morlan Ford refuses to issue refund of $ 1300, even after admitting their wrong & stating they would refund!! John Woodworth, shame on you.. Customer # 22674. more
