Do not expect any customer service from Morgan Buildings 10/2/2012

We ordered a custom made 10x12 shed for our backyard from Morgan Buildings on July 7, 2012. We paid over $1300 down and were told that it would be ready for installation in about 6-8 weeks. After about 7 weeks, we started calling the sales rep, Greg Line, who told us very rudely that our building was not there and they would call us when it came in. It has now been over 12 weeks and we have yet to hear anything about our order despite numerous attempts at contacting them by phone, email, and even in person. No one has called us back. Their customer service is nonexistent. We do not know if and when we will ever get this building installed. We are contemplating litigation. Please do not ever have any dealings with this company. It is outrageous that they can get away with this type of business practice. more

Spa still leaks 8/21/2011

it took about five months for them to deliver my portable building!!!!!!!!! The spa i bought from them still leaks even after they have been out to fix it 10 times at least!!!!!!!!! The Sauna I bought from them was broken on delivery, can't get them to come out and fix it even after almost 10 months. In my opinion Morgan spas is the worst company ever on the face of the earth. If you want a nightmare of your own be my guest and buy something from them.................. I bought the stuff from the Abilene location more

Morgan- San Antonio Office 8/29/2009

I ordered a large garage style building. It took 5 months to deliver. The product itself is not bad just the sales experience and delivery. If the mouth of the office manager or salesman is moving that means they are lieing.Customer support from Dallas is no help. Don't believe anything unless it is in writing! They promise the sky then default on the contract! Buyer beware! Make sure everything is written on the contract and site survey form even when you are expected to pay. Their contract demands COD that means dump your building off assembled or not, and they can collect. Then they decide if they want to set it up or not. One of the worst experiences hiring a contractor. more

Great carports and portable buildings 3/28/2006

Very nice work. A little pricey but they do a great job.I have know several people that have bought portable buildings and carports from Morgans and have been very very pleased with the quality and the workmanship of the people that came out to install. They have been in business for a long time here and continue to do well. more
