I have a neighbor who always lets his dachshund dog to run around on the street without a lead. I`ve spoken many times with him, but he is just like he never hears me. I have little children in the house and don`t want them to be afraid of going home. So my neighbor didn`t listen to me and his dog bit me once, when I didn`t even expected.
