This is the best place in town to buy a moped. They have a great selection, are very professional, and their prices are a lot better than any other dealer. I have had a lot of bad experiences at other moped stores, and Moped Medic has always come through. Don't buy a moped without checking these guys out. more

Bad experience 5/4/2012

Purchased a moped and it broke down a week later. They couldn't figure out what was wrong and wouldn't give me a replacement or a refund. One of the worst experiences I've ever had. Kept giving me the run around every time I called or came by. more

Great Parts and Prices 7/6/2011

Marcia has the best selection of moped parts in Charleston. She can get parts from South America when they're out of them in China. I needed a carburetor, and everyone else was out of them. She said I could buy 10 if I wanted. I took two, just to be safe. And they were the Keihin brand, not something Chinese that's going to need to be replaced in a month like everyone else sells. the only thing I don't like is that I have to pay more for brand name stuff than the chinese stuff the other dealers sell. more

Great bike, great service, great atmosphere 7/6/2011

Moped Medic is what Charleston needs. A friendly neighborhood moped store. I don't like going to the big dealerships and being told I need to buy a motorcycle. And I don't want to buy some no-name chinese junk that won't last until I ride it home. Moped Medic is where I bought my moped, and I couldn't be happier. The Best Moped Store, Period 7/6/2011

This is without a doubt, the best, most helpful moped store in Charleston. I have had bad experiences at a couple of other places, and can't believe the difference. The mechanic explained to me what was wrong with my bike, and they fixed it. It has never run so well. I didn't buy my moped there, but I highly recommend them for service. If their mopeds are as good as their service, I would recommend them too. more

Bad Service 6/19/2011

I bought a wasp scooter from this jerk. He told me there was a 12 month warranty. I took it there for a warranty repair and he would not cover the repair. I went to file a small claim case and this is what they found. There are 2 cases against them in small claims. Don?t go there until you read this. I sent this information to the news channels. This guy is sick. more
