Honest, Reliable, Awesome! 7/11/2018

I've been a loyal customer since 2003. Moore has such great folks working there! I've never felt like they were anything less than honest. They always call with an estimate, which is usually spot on if not more than I actually pay. Love Donna! more

the best part of moore automotive is that someone will come right out to assess the issue when i do not know what it is. and then moore works with me to deal with getting back and forth. i have used moore motors for years. and have always been satisfied. more

Excellent service and great people. 6/17/2018

The steering went out in my Grand Cherokee while I was in Home Depot's parking lot. I had to call AAA and towed to Moore Auto, where I always take my Jeep for service. They got the Jeep up on the rack pretty quick considering how busy they always are . The part was delivered quickly and Jeep was soon fixed and ready to go! They are miracle workers. more

2008 Mazda 5 112,000 miles 6/17/2018

Service was excellent. This was a recently purchased used vehicle but a vehicle formerly serviced by Moore Auto with a 112,000 miles. After getting the car checked over by Moore Auto I returned for service and accomplished all that was needed. It appears only the radiator flush and new coolant and duplicating a key was missed from a lengthy list of items. They were not able to replace the key something that will require a trip to the dealer. Yes we will continue to go to Moore Auto for all of our cars and all of our future car repairs. more

Thought engine needed water pump. $$$. Left car to be repaired. Returned to pick up car to find water pump ok. Instead needed belt tensioner. Less $ than pump. Can’t beat honesty. more

Close to my home. Honesty 4/24/2018

.was told my tires should be replaced at next visit. The great is good except rear left which shows a liille wear on outside edge. Have only 20000 miles and 2 yrs old. Do not think I need tires. I had never seen this employee before. more

Always a fair and accurate estimate. Work done on time with a call if something is discovered that may delay completion. Friendly staff and full explanations of work needed now and what may be needed in the future. Information that you need to decide if it is time to trade it in or keep it going. I have trust in their evaluation and that is something that is not said too often in the car repair industry. Have recommended Moore's to others with no trepidation. more
