We were customers for many years with no complaints; however, things really went downhill over the last year.\r

We hired them to do regular landscape maintenance every other week. We started to notice that certain areas of the property were consistently being ignored and were becoming a problem. After multiple phone calls to the owner with no response (and more than a month passing), we were finally told that the job was now too big and would require an extra charge! If the work had been done as scheduled, it never would have gotten out of control to begin with.\r

We also had several other more minor issues with the quality of the work and unresponsiveness of the owner.\r

When he did call us back, the owner was patronizing and combative, despite being longtime, loyal customers. Without having personally visited our property for years, he refused to acknowledge any responsibility for the problems, let alone remedy them or come to any sort of resolution. We will no longer do business with them.
Pros: They always showed up as scheduled; regular rates were reasonable. CONS: Work was sometimes not performed as contracted, then ?extra? charges were expected
Cons: Owner was difficult and unresponsive
