Excellent - Highly Recommended 8/11/2010

I received superior service from all personnel at Monticello Mortgage. I needed to close very quickly, and Monticello Mortgage made that happen, quicker than I expected. They let me know what was going on every step of the way and they were always willing to answer my questions, and I had alot because this was my first home. \r \r Also, the home I bought was in Northcentral Pennsylvania and I went with Monticello Mortgage because of friends' positive feedback. Monticello Mortgage made the home buying process extremely easy, regardless of where I was located. They had closing up here where I lived and were very prepared. Would recommend them to anyone buying a home!\r \r Thank you Monticello Mortgage, for everything!! more

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible. What should be a great time in your life is ruined by there lack of professionalism. 2/26/2009

Horrible communication. They have added stress to my famililes situation of relocating due to a new job, which should be a very happy time for us. They lied about due dates, had poor communication with the underwriters, and were an overall nightmare to deal with. I pulled my loan information from them and went with another company. Would not suggest to my worst enemy. Cons: whole company from top to bottom more
