The redevelopment of the historic and long-abandoned J.R. Montgomery Co. factory is currently under way, bringing 160 new apartment homes to the Windsor Locks area of Connecticut. Much of the original buildings design will be preserved such as oversized windows and high ceilings as well as other interior elements that will call you back to the previous life of the factory now known as Montgomery Mill Apartments
