When everyone was enjoying their Christmas holiday, including myself, I returned home from my Mom's to find that my furnace wasn't kicking on properly. I checked everything I could to no avail. Sunday after church I called Joe's company to see if by some chance I would get a return call and assistance on a holiday weekend, and Joe called me back within 15 minutes! He arrived at my house w/in a couple hours (ON A SUNDAY), and had me back up and running in no time replacing my thermostat for me. He even took time to go over a couple other things he noticed while on site too. He's a VERY nice guy, and I truly appreciate him going the extra mile so I could be warm again. Thanks Joe! :o) more

Joe was very busy the months that followed hurricane IKE. That summer we were having problems with our AC. We closed on our house during IKE and didnt realize our air conditioner needed a complete overhaul. The units were fine except for one but the connections into the house were old and worn. My daughters room was becoming her own sauna. He came out right away and fixed everything. We have two units but only one of them was working properly. While he was there he uncovered a few other problems that would in the long run save us money. since then he has been our regular AC repain man. He explained to us all that needed to be done to our AC ducks and the process it takes to ""up keep"" it. Money is tight right now but he still comes out and repairs what he can. We couldnt afford to get the complete system done but Joe is still working with us to keep us cool in tthe summer and warm in the winter. Thanks Joe. Pros: affordable dependable more

I called Joe for some work on my a/c because I knew him and thought he'd be honest. Not so much. He told me that I needed a whole new system, and all I needed was new batteries for my thermostat! Further to that, I ran into him at a local establishment (a bar, of course!) and he made a HUGE scene. STAY AWAY!!!! Pros: He's a crook Cons: He's a crook more
