Monterey County Harley-Davidson located in Salinas, California is a smart stop to visit if looking to purchase a Harley-Davidson or a motorcycle in general. Smart first stop to learn about Harley-Davidson Motor Company, or simply just talk to someone if thinking about riding a Motorcycle at all. Walked in on a Sunday knowing exactly what bike I wanted. Due to finance options, wanted to do some research of my own. Left knowing the bike may already be sold and was let known the truth about the dealership being able to receive or locate the same bike (4 total actually). Worked out in my favor, purchased the following Thursday, right out of the Crate as promised! Parts was awesome, Merch/ or retail was awesome as well, making me feel extremely comfortable. Later down the road I had a concern being a first time Harley owner which myself, a Mechanical Professional uncertain if normal or not, and expressed it as an inquiry just basically asking for information due to being a first time Harley Owner, and received a phone call the next morning before I could call as recommended online, ready to handle the situation! A very experienced Motorcycle rider/ Harley Davidson professional came to my house at my best convenience truck and trailer ready, road tested the bike and explained the situation which was basically me overthinking and my lack of experience with Harleys. Embarrassing? absolutely not, Took that bike out for the best and most comfortable ride an hour later worry free. From the friendly show room to the spotless public restrooms, recommend this dealership. more

Gerald is probably the best harley mechanic I have ever ran across. I have been riding Harley's all my life and I have had some horrific experiences at other places but he has always fixed my bike to perfection. I recommend this store for service above everyone. more

This place is cool. I meet all kinds of people at this place and enjoy the free BBQ every Saturday. These guys will always get my money. I have always gotten the best deals here and enjoy coming in and talking to the staff to learn something new about my bike or the other products they sell. You can't beat it for service. more

This is the best dealership I have ever been to on my travels. They had one of their technicians to come in on his day off to help me get back on the road. No place I have been would do that. As I hung out in the store I listened to the folks greet people who work the floor and everybody who came in the store was greeted by their first name. This place is one of a kind and I wish they were near my home. I will come back here to buy my next bike more

Salinas may not everyone's dream location for a premium business like this, but let's face it-it is pretty centrally located! Friendly, knowledgable, and approachable staff make this dealership a winner. Really great selection with a range of sizes of some of the best picks of Harley gear really stands out! Quality place. This place is the only place I will take my bike. George is a great guy he kept me informed the entire time they worked on my bike. I like a Dealership that calls you before you have to call them to find out if your bike is ready. There sales staff has always remebered my name every time I come in there, this place is awsome more

Delayed review, but well earned. First time motorcycle rider/buyer. Stopped in to Salinas HD 3months ago and was helped by Hunter. Great guy and he took the time to answer all my questions and offered tons of information. I ended up coming back and buying a used Sportster 1200 Custom. Felt I got a real good price and Hunter delivered the bike next day to my home in PG. Would definitely shop again. When I bought the bike I received shirt for me and my wife and a 10% discount on anything in the store that day. I did not take advantage of it, but a week later came back and Matt the manager hooked me up and offered the 10% even though a week later. Stop in and see Hunter and he will take care of you.
