What an AWFUL experience with customer service. I ordered via GrubHub (which is great). The food arrived a bit early but the order was wrong. I called not even 5 minutes after the driver left and they told me that they were "very busy" and that it would be FORTY minutes before they could fix it.
After 40 minutes had passed, I contacted Grub Hub who called them. The restaurant told them it would be 15 minutes. It's now been almost TWO HOURS and it has still not been fixed.
I called the restaurant AGAIN and spoke to Melissa, who identified herself as a manager. I explained and she told me that they don't have a driver in my area. So, basically I would have to wait until and IF they got an order from my part of town. they would send the correct items. She also told me that it "wasn't (her) fault" because she had only just arrived. AWFUL customer service.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. READ THE OTHER REVIEWS AND LOOK AT GRUB HUB REVIEWS. I would give negative stars if I could.
eta: On top of everything else, I found a hair in my food.
