I called the Speedy of Troy location for a tie rod replacement on my car & was treated kind at first. As soon as the manager, Cory, came on the line, it all went SOUTH. He quoted me $15 on the labor for an oil change w/my provided oil & filter, even though there was a coupon for a COMPLETE oil change for $13 in their sales ad. Furthermore, I decided to replace my tie rod elsewhere and wanted to just do a front end alignment via Speedy of Troy with my $39.95 coupon, so I called them, and Cory, who was ticked off that I decided to change my tie rod elsewhere, decided to spite me! He says, ""Well, since you're doing your tie rod elsewhere and making more work for us, I'm not gonna honor your $39.95 front end alignment coupon, I'm gonna hafta charge you $55 or so."" OUTRAGEOUS! If he hadn't known of my tie rod replacement, he wouldn't have said that. What a fraud! He reflected poor customer service skills and made Speedy look like a gimmick auto shop. I refuse to take my car here ever! more

The service was mostly fine but it was more than what they originally promised. It ended up costing $31 for a oil change and tire rotation when the original promise price was $20. That's only $5 less than a dealership ($36). more

the name says it all they are speedy. there friendly and knowledgeale. there price are good also. i would recommand them.i would give this a thumbs up !! more

Speedy Auto Service always has coupons in the local ValPak mailings which make getting a regular oil change cheap and painless. The coupons tend to come out every month and offer a $9-12 oil/filter change service. That's a very good price compared to similar garages. This location tends to get very busy, but if you've got an alternative ride, you can drop your car off in the morning without an appointment and pick it up in the afternoon. Speedy makes changing my own oil a thing of the past. more
