The BEST dentist 11/4/2011

Dr. Heather Stein at the Monarch Dental office in San Antonio, on Culebra Rd. is probably the BEST dentist I've ever been to. I've had some major issues with my teeth all my life, and she even took the time to call me at home, after she was off, to see how I was doing...Can't get much better than that...Thanks! more

I was very satisfied more so with the fact that my sons Dentist called me in the evening to check how he was doing & gave me her personal home phone number if I had any questions or concerns WOW!!!! Never had I had a dentist offer that I was very pleased & Happy with the service all the way around Keep up the good work! more

Good Dental Care 3/8/2010

My wife and I have been seen by Dr Obregon for years. My mouth has never felt better. Staff is attentive and helpful. Dr Obregon has that deft touch and competent, folksy manner that puts one at ease. Unfortunate that some review ratings have been low. Pros: Good Dental Care Cons: Facility, Scheduling more

this rapid palatal expander destroyed my life.i have no self esteem now and no charecter.The orthodontist care was poor.and ithe expander was t like the nicer expander i saw at another dr.s offoce at fast braces.It was a cheap looking one and it had a different looking type key to expand my upper jaw.the staff and the orthodontist dodnt explain to me what the expandr was for.the lady just told me to turn the key one time a day.Poor communication and i ddint understand her. Pros: service Cons: cost more

To busy 11/3/2008

My son was new to this office and so I scheduled an appointment for exam and Teeth cleaning. Well first impression was that the place was old and used outdated computer and equipment. The place really look like it needed a good cleaning and paint job. Well after the Exam was done I was told that I had to make a separate appointment for the cleaning because the Dental Hygienist was not in, which made me very upset because I wasn?t told this when I made the appointment. I explained that this would have made me change the appt to another day so my son would only have to be taken out of school once instead of twice. Well this has happen in September and I haven?t been able to make an appointment till December. Seems to me that they either are overbooked or need to hire more staff more
