Monarch Dental

I had the worst experience every at this dental factory for people. Monarch had 2 of my kids with infected teeth so bad that they had a fever from infection & had to go on antibioctics and misssed a lot of school. The staff did not seem to care at all about the situation even laughed. You can always let your hair grow out if you get a bad hair cut but you only have one set of adult teeth . Take my advise and find a good dentist that you trust. more

Will all the new dentist popping up in and around town and all the fancy offices it's nice to be able to go one of the good ones like the office in Lewisville, TX. I am happy with the way the office staff treats me on the phone and when I hit the door, Barbara is the best at X-rays, and Brandon is worth the wait. The man is a clean machine! The way dentist and the staff smiles makes you want to smile even more. more

Dr. Tim Parmley is the best. He is so kind and did such a great job on my root canal. The minute he pulled the nerve out of my tooth, relief came over my whole body from the pain I had been suffering for months. He is absolutely a great doctor. I am so happy to have found him and your office. I need much more work done and I hope he can work with me and fix all my problems so that I have not only a beautiful smile but a healthy mouth! thanks.. more

Just wanted to put my 2 cents in about this local dentist office. Myself and my 3 daughters have been seeing Dr. Richardson there for probably 7 to 8 years. In the beginning I was forced here because it was the only place that would take our insurance. I hesitantly decided to go to what I at first considered more of a low income facility. We have always had good experiences there. We have had teeth pulled, teeth whitened, annual cleanings and exams and my daughter has used their oral surgeon to have wisdom teeth removed. Each and every time our experience was good and the couple of times that it wasn't up to par they didn't even collect a fee. I had a baby tooth removed and chose not to prepare the opening for an implant because it was in the back of my mouth. Though they strongly recommended that I not do this they still provided the service as I requested (just pull the tooth). I have been very happy with them to date. I would like to see their office a bit more accommodating on being able to schedule earlier than 6 to 9 months ahead of time but other than that the Dr.'s, nurses and technicians have all been great to work with and their turn around is very low as well. We usually see the same people every six months. Good luck and I would certainly give them a chance and talk to them if there were problems. more

They are a complete rip off... they find out how much your insurance will pay then jack up the services and wont allow you to choose the service. For example I have atena... they pay 80 percent of any service which is great ! They said i needed a root canal ...ok .. however they wanted to do a bridge with the most expensive product they offer (insurance would not pay for this) i declined and asked for the titanium ,.,, they said they would not do it with this product. which is commonly used for this procedure.. ( i did my homework) so i said...well the other option is to just pull the whole tooth out ...its in the back of my mouth anyway ... I'll never miss it .. and no one would be the wiser. They refused .. WHAT??? Its my mouth !! they wanted me to pay $1700 out of pocket and my insuranse was covering the other 2700 this is rediculous!! just pull the tooth! 300 max and my insurance would cover it all .... needless to say i found another Dentist that is great and did not leave me in pain for 4 months! He just pulled the darn tooth $75. (lol) out of pocket .. he didnt take my insurance but who cares for this price and when you cant drink water without crying. Trust me UNLESS you WIN the lottery ... stay away and even then i wouldn't suggest giving them a wooden nickel. This place STINKSSS biggggggggggggggggg time. From the front office to the back door ... OH YEA .. AND DON'T ASK FOR YOUR RECORDS .. YOU HAVE TO THREATEN TO REPORT THEM B4 YOU CAN EVEN GET THAT OUT OF THEM Pros: NONE!! Cons: THEY ARE A RIP OFF .. STAY AWAY .. YOU'LL REGRET IT more

It took over two months to get an appointment to see a dentist about my impacted wisdom teeth. When I went to the appointment I saw an actual dentist for maybe four minutes. The dentist did not even tell me any news about my teeth. The young assistant (who was a high school student, he informed me) told me I would have to schedule an appointment to have my teeth taken out. He left me with no information and on the way out the receptionist seemed annoyed by my questions about the referral for my insurance. A terrible experience in a very dirty dentists office. PROS: none CONS: dirty, rude staff, inexperienced workers, lack of communication. more

They have a pretty good savings plan available which is really helpful if you are under or uninsured. They also have a great kids dentist. My son loves to go. I felt like they were trying to get me to spend more money than necessary and have work done that did not really need to be done. All in all, pretty good. Definitely worth it financially. more

I have taken my son to this dentist because they are the only office in the area on his dental plan. I would not recommend going there because the waiting time to get an appointment is way too long and their technology is out of date. When calling to make an appointment, I have been told that the next available date is months away. Also, they aren't up to date with the latest technology that is found in a lot of dental offices today. more
