Trustworthy individuals, in and out in a very timely fashion, place is really clean when the ladies leave, changing our sheets is a big plus, bonded, insured, and cheaper than we had been paying for a single individual just doing this as a sideline. I have used Molly Maids biweekly for over a year and my team is awesome! Besides a wonderful job consistantly, they have had to work around construction crews (and their mess) with a job better than expected! Handled unexpected cancelations (my doing not thiers), willing to work us in asap afterwards with no lapse in service. Reliable, through and worth every cent for my peace of mind! I recommend them to everyone I know! more

This company is terrible!! Do not use them! We used them for a move in clean and the ""maids"" that came did not clean at all! The floors were still dirty, counter tops dirty, cupboards were awful looking! I called to complain and they offered to have the same team who didn't clean the first time come out again. I asked for the manager to call me and I am still waiting for a response! They are awful, terrible business ethic! DO NOT USE them! LOOK ELSEWHERE! more

Molly is better than Merry 9/10/2010

They have been cleaning my house bi-monthly for over a year now and I have found them to be reliable and really really good. I had used Merry Maids prior to that but wasn't happy in that their service declined after a few months and my house wasn't getting as cleaned as when they started. Molly Maids started out cleaning my house immaculately and continues to do so a year into the contract. I am really pleased with them. more

A good & reliable maid service if you are looking for one 1/9/2009

Saw a Molly Maid car one day while returning from work and how timely. The estimator was very professional and she customize the service according to our needs. The maids did an outstanding job especially in areas I have always had difficulty with. The bathrooms & kitchen look great & clean. The price is reasonable as we have shop around before deciding on signing up for the service. We have been a regular customer for about 6 months on an alternate week schedule and the service has been excellent especially the office is always willing to work with us. If we are not happy which happened on two separate occasions, no problem. It get fixed the next day and the same problem does not happen again. Keep up the good work Molly Maid, I am counting on you! Happy camper with Molly Maid service ! 9/11/2008

I used Molly Maid alternate weekly and they have delivered their service for more than a year in my home. The work done by the team has always been of good quality. Not flawless all the time but easily beats the other services I have tried the past few years. I can see they always tried hard to maintain consistency. Offers a fairly reasonable price relative to the other quotes I have seen when I was looking to try another service. Had several bad experiences with independants although they offer a significantly lower price. I guess you get what you pay for. The maids are courteous and friendly. The owner has always tried to work with me and ensure the service meets my expectation. Appreiciate the surprise follow-up every now and then to check how the service is performing. BTW, had a breakage incident once, they took care of it without a problem and even reported the incident same day during the clean. If you need a good house cleaning service, try Molly Maid. Pros: Reliable, friendly, good service Cons: no windows cleaning, no weekends more

Finally a maid service that delivers 7/3/2008

Started with Molly Maid as an occasional one-time clean to check them out and ended up signing for regular service. Never turn back since !! The management are serious about quality of service and customer satisfaction. Price is not the cheapest but very reasonable for a maid service company. I have tried many others but can never find the right company that will attend to my needs. I am particular in details though. I would recommend them to anyone looking for honest, friendly & quality service. Pros: Dependable, Flexible, Honest Cons: No laundry more

Very good cleaning service with attention to quality 2/13/2008

For the past year, we have been looking for a reliable & quality maid service. After trying out several maid services, we are delighted to have our current Molly Maid team in our home. Imagine a home with 5 kids & 3 pets to upkeep. The team is courteous and friendly and in every visit they do the same quality clean of our home. When we tried Molly Maid the first time, our kids was like ""WoW, who just cleaned our house mom?"" We always look forward on the day of the clean to return home. If it is not right, they will be back to make it right. They are sure serious about customer service and quality as I do receive occasional calls from the office making sure the service is meeting our need and expectation. They do listen. This is a good service and I have recommended to friends who had similar experiences. Keep up the good work! Pros: Quality clean, Good customer service Cons: No weekends more
