Pros: That he will come to you. Cons: He does not have any business sense at all and not very good at his craft more

avoid mobile tec auto fom clarkston ga. 10/7/2007

the mech came to my complex he charged $60 to come and look at my explorer , told me the part I need alternator , the charge $138 ( used) wanted $100 to put in on the car and another $60 to go for the part ,he said cost of the round trip ( picing up the part and droping the part back to the store . total price $358 I told the man no thanks ..It cost me $60 to see the man was a rip off > I think he wrte his on review . Plus he didnt have a battery charger , i had to help him push my truck to his van so he could jump start my explorer .I live in a very large aprtment complex were he coulh have pick up a lot of customers. more

i was told by other mechanics that my car needed a altenator. for my car they costs around $200. before i got a chance to drop my car off to get it fixed a friend of mine gave me a mobile-tec card just to see if it would be cheaper. luckily i had him check my car again and all i really needed was a battery cable which cost around $3 and he checked and fixed my car while i was at work in the employee parking lot so i saved money on gas and on services that the other machanics said i needed but really didn't... i mean he comes to you where ever your car is and if possible, he fixes it on the spot. i'll never take my car anywhere else as long as there is a mobile-tec. more
