I bought a car stereo. Less than three months later, it broke. I had it removed and sent off under the warrenty. Twenty-one weeks and a million phone calls later, they are out of business and I STILL don't have a car stereo. Their record keeping was non-existent. Their Customer Service was inept. Only ONE person had any infomation on reapirs, and he was never there. I never got a phone call from them. I was the one who was trying to contact them, and they never had any information to give me. Now, other people are trying to help me, and they can't find any records of my stereo existing at that location at all. I give them ZERO STARS.
