Last month Mk Construction Specialists repaired our upstairs deck and covered it with a sealer that has a 20-year guarantee, which, at our age, should last longer than we do. The workers were pleasant, professional, and cleaned up after themselves. The final cost didn't exceed the estimate. We decided to use Mk even though the cost was higher than another company we talked to because we wanted to use the highest quality sealant with the longest guarantee. We are very pleased with the quality of the work and would hire them again.
