When I originally received my unit the firmware was out of date so I went to Magellan's support site and downloaded the latest firmware update. The update failed and corrupted my unit. I called Tech Support, which is outsourced to India, and they told me to NOT apply the firm ware update. After they realized that was no longer an option they gave me an RMA number and I returned the unit. Luckily I returned it with deilvery confirmation. As of today, Magellan has had my unit in their shop for 4 weeks, 3 days. Technical Support can't find a status and have no idea when it will ship out. I have attempted to contact someone in the corporate office with absolutely no luck. \r

The latest delima is that Magellan has agreed to send me out a brand new unit to replace my original RMA unit that they can't seem to find. The supervisor I talked with 1 week ago said that it would be shipped out 2-day shipping. Little did I know that there was no target date for it to leave the factory. They have confirmed that when (if) it ever leaves the factory it will go out as a 2-day shipment. Support keeps telling me ""Don't worry, you will get it this week""....after hearing that for almost 5 weeks now I have no confidence!\r

As far as the product goes....I have no idea because I haven't been able to use it yet.
