i asked the gentleman who came to my home if he was licensed, he said he was working under the shop's license. When I requested a knowledgeable licensed electrician I expected one. While he was polite he wasn't even a journeyman electrician. Mostly a sales person. Beware.. more

Installing New Lights 6/16/2016

Mr. Sparky arrived within the specified window of time. I received a call letting me know what time to expect the electrician. Very polite and professional as the electrician, with him wasting no time to start the work. I was asked immediately when there was a question about the placement of the lighting. Took about 2 hours to complete the work. Explanation of the cost of the work done was clear, and if I had a question, it was answered. Everything was double checked, and was asked several times if the work was done to my satisfaction. I recommend Mr. Sparky to anyone needing electrical work done. more

What a pleasure to work with 5/20/2016

John R. Came to our home to repair a issue with the washing machine plug. He was so professional wore these floor protectors which I thought was so nice and caring to not damage our floors. He diagnosed the Issue and even preformed a inspection of other items in our home.He was very polite and explained the straight forward pricing guide, I looked thur it why he was completing the inspection. I liked the fact that it was all laid out for me to see. He provided me with some options for repair,safety and enhancement. He was very respectful and professional answering all of my questions and when my husband came home and had questions he explained everything again to him. I have never had such a nice gentleman in my home. I even called my son and he explained everything to him. He didn't pressure us to go with the most expensive option. I wish he had business cards so I could give them to our friends. I highly recommend John R and will be using him for all our electrical needs in the future. more

Problem was a dead, inoperative garage circuit 4/20/2016

A job well done. Jay S. listened to me describe the problem then, explained how he would approach and diagnosis the problem with the circuit. He then started work. When he found a problem, he showed it to me and explained what was happening in the circuit to cause the problem. It turned out there were multiple causes. He thoroughly explored the situation and corrected another problem as a result. This was the first time I called Mr. Sparky. As a result of the above, I will certainly call them again. Jay also was very pleasant to deal with. more

Awesome Experience 3/31/2016

I had a problem with bathroom electrical switches that kept kicking off the breaker. Michael did a complete troubleshooting exercise and diagnosed the problem. He helped me avoid a very costly rewire job AND pointed out a money saving surge protector install. Michael is obviously very knowledgable, pleasant and professional. The Best!! D.G. more

Service Call for Electrical Repairs 3/30/2016

(2) technicians arrived on time, explained the work for the repairs I requested as well as the safety inspection they conducted. They were knowledgeable in their trade. They were both professional, courteous, efficient & polite, explaining everything along the way. Prices were as expected for Electrical trade. You want the job done the right way you have to pay to get it done the right way! I would recommend Mr. Sparky & the technicians, Andre & Andy. I would also request them back for future electrical work/repairs. (office staff got my contact ph# wrong & appt time in email was wrong) more

clear and accurate price and timing info 2/15/2016

I called because I had a minor electrical emergency. I was provided clear and accurate price information. Since I was calling to get service on a Sunday, I was told that I would pay a premium for Sunday emergency service. I decided to wait until Monday to save a bit of money and the problem could wait. Based on the info the dispatcher provided I was able to make an appointment and not spend extra money. more

Light Replacement 1/29/2016

Mr. Sparky and Klay performed light replacements for me. Klay is an expert in his field and a great representative for the Sparky organization. His work for me was done rapidly and with no mess. His price was reasonable and comparable with other estimates. A manufacture's defect caused him to spend extra time to fix which he did with no complaint. Well Done in all aspects. more
