Greatest Electricians Around! 1/8/2009

I have had a time with previous service companies not showing up when they say they will, or never even giving me a call to keep me informed of their estimated time of arrival. This wasn?t the case with Mister Sparky, I made an appointment and their staff called about a half hour before the technician arrived, saving me time and a lot of frustration. When the technician arrived he was very knowledgeable and professional, even put covers over his shoes to protect my floors. I was given a full explanation of what it was going to take to repair my issue and everything was taken care of the same day. I will absolutely recommend anyone who needs electrical work to be done to Mister Sparky! Pros: Didn't waste my time more

The best service professionals 1/6/2009

I recently moved into an older house near downtown Greenville area that need some updates. Electrical is not my forte so I called several local electricians for estimates all were about the same including Mister Sparky, but when the technician came to the door and used shoes covers that made a huge impression for starters. Most of all he found issues no other electrician found, that could have been a huge problem in the future for my family and house. I promise one thing that Mister Sparky card will stay on the refrigerator forever if some I know needs electrical help I will refer Mister Sparky. Pros: On time, Clean, Friendly more

Fantastic Experience on Complete Electrical Upgrade 1/6/2009

When I recently purchased an older home in downtown Greenville, I needed a complete electrical upgrade. I called Mr. Sparky, and the entire experience was phenomenal. The technicians showed up when they said they would, they were professional and knowledgeable, they let me know what to expect in terms of timeframe and gave me the exact cost up front, and they delievered on what they said they would do. Highly recommend!! Pros: Great staff! Cleaned up after themselves! Showed up every day on schedule! Cons: NONE!!! more

Best Electrical Service Company in Town 1/17/2008

My office lost power a few years ago during the ice storm, as did most of Greenville. When I heard we were expecting bad weather Jan. 17 2008 I needed some one quickly. I called Mister Sparky on the 16th, trying to get some one out to hook our the Benjamin Franklin Plumbing building up to a generator. Understanding the urgency of the matter the sent three of the nicest technicians out resolve my issues. Thanks to you Mister Sparky, we were prepared for an outage. Pros: Thumbs Up! On TIme! CLean!
