Josh Earle was awesom,Professional and courteous. Answered all my questions, told me how well my main drainage was doing and what to expect in the future regarding growing weeds, he offered a free camera inspection which was a confirmation for me on a job well done. He took his time cleaning the drain and assured me if I had any problems to call and he'll came back out to resolve the problem. I would highly recommend Josh Earle. ..thanks more

Ben T came to do the fall look see for our heat pump. He was courteous and worked quickly. He has serviced our unit before and being familiar with its location worked without need of our involvement. We have been pleased with all the technicians from Mr Quik. more

Mr Ben T arrived on time, was very nice and personable. I gave him the long history of our 2 yr old AC unit and he went right to work with the preventive maintenance.\r Mr Ben T was very thorough. It took him a little over an hour to complete the PM. Once he was done, he presented the results of the PM which had several measurements that were with normal parameters. more

Incompetent. We called them to fix a hose/pipe that was gushing water. They replaced the hose and the connector. The problem was temporarily fixed, but the hose started dripping water again a few days later. They came back but charged us another $300 to replace a valve. Further work should have at least been massively discounted because they didn't fix it the first time! more

Mister Incompetent 11/1/2011

I called Mr Quick Plumbing for a clogged drain after calling several other plumbers for a quote. The lady on the phone said they charged by the job not by the hour and it would be $159, this was cheaper than the other other quotes so i went with them. The tech arrived at my home, looked at where the main line clean out was located and said it was impossible to clear the line from that location. He then gave me a quote for over 2k to install a new clean out and said i owed him $159 service fee. I said for $159 you can try to clear the line, he said that will be an additional $99 and it will not work. After paying the unqualified employee the $159 to get off my property, i call Rotor Router. Rotor Router arrived and went to the clean out that impossible to use and cleared the line with no issues. Pros: null Cons: null more

Great Service, like making a new friend 8/22/2011

There are certain things most home owners are afraid of. For me it is HVAC, Major electrical, and Major plumbing. On Sunday, 8-21-11, I had one of those major plumbing problems that involved the main line in my house which is a 3" pipe. Worst day possible for a problem, but I was able to isolate the problem giving me peace of mind I could wait until Monday, to avoid large service fee. I hadd recently saw an ad for AMister Quik for $99.00 any drain any time. I called and yes that was true, after the service visit charge, which is normal. I made the appointment and low and behold first thing Monday morning I got a call from the scheduler, who was very pleasant and quite helpful assuring me that they did work on main pipes as not all plumbers do. I was further amazed when not one but two plumbers showed up on time and quite courteous. They listened to wqhat my wife had to say about the situation and then went about the business fo taking care of the problem at hand in a timely and reasonable charge for something that I could not do myself. I now have them on my list of who to call and have given the name of the company to 3 co-workers today. It is nice to have a stranger come into your house and leave as though you just made a friend. Thank you and I will refer and use Mister Quik again. more
