WORSE INSTALLATION EVER 4/2/2018

We trusted this company to come in and do a quality furnace installation at our business. The horror started only after it was a few months to a year later. We starting having all kinds of issues with the brand new furnace. It would stop heating the inside of the office, and would shut off without any warning. After looking at the installation we were really alarmed so we called another company out to look at it. We actually had 4 to 5 different companies come to inspect it and all of them noticed all of the same things, and some even noticed more than others. Here is what they found. Parts that come with the furnace in what they call a "goody bag" were purposely left off the unit. That includes all hose clamps and all brackets. The main flu that exhausts to the outside was sitting unsecured to the boot on the inducer motor. They had it tied to the old flu with a zip tie, yes that is what I said a zip tie. Professional HUH!! We had to fabricate a bracket and mount it to the wall so the furnace would work half way decent. The flue was also only 1/2 way complete. We have what is called a concentric vent which lets air out and at the same time brings in fresh air. They only plumbed it to the exhaust side and left a big gaping hole where the connection was to be for the fresh side. It was leaking at the roof also. The furnace was filling with water due to the drains not having clamps installed on ANY of them. The humidifier was a new very heavy unit and when they installed that they mounted a thin piece of sheet metal and screwed that into a very old and brittle foam duct plenum. It was pulling out and water was leaking all over the top of the furnace. This company is horrible. We have contracted another local company to come out and fix all of their screw ups and I bet we have a very efficient furnace now. We had 5 to 6 companies show us all of the problems! A LOT!! more

Every person from Mission Mechanical I have come into contact with, whether from their office or technician on a work site, has been friendly while remaining serious about my concerns.
