Had my car towed by the police because I didnt see the sign. I was pleased to find that the cash from cashing my paycheck was still in my center console upon picking my car up at the Mirage yard. I wasnt too put out that I had to bring my title to prove that it was actually my car as I wouldnt want them to just let anyone take my vehicle on the promise that it was theirs. I did have to pay the towing and hook up amount but couldnt find any damage to my car so, again, pleased with their service but not thrilled that the ""no Parking"" sign was blocked by uncut tree limbs more

Biggest crooks I have ever dealt with. Take advantage of people that have just been in an accident, convince you to give them your vehicle, then do every underhanded thing possible to prevent you from being able to retrieve it! I cannot believe this company is chosen by the police in Commerce City to handle emergency towing for them! They should be ashamed~ MUST BE GETTING A KICKBACK HUH? mirage is just doing there job they have to obey denvers laws u have to have the right paper work and u also have to have insurence on ur car and a valid hard plate before u can do anything ..i usto tow for mirage all towing companys are all the same pretty much if ur car was in a crash then u owe the storage fee the hooking up the car and also the milaege so stop crying kno the laws and regulation before you critasize any one becouse like i said before the have to obey the strick laws to.... more

The bigest crooks EVER!!!!!!!! They Charged me 648.00 for my car. I was an a accedent and hospital for 30 days. Whent to get my car and the where VERY VERY Rude. I would not recommend these CHEATERS...Look out. Pros: Crooks!!! more

My car was stolen, the car was not at the mirage lot when I arrived, they still charged a day storage, very rude. I agree price gouging at it's worst. more

My son had an accident and was taken to the hospital. Mirage Towing towed his car and won't let us have it back. We have a temp plate in the window and they will not accept it. It is perfectly legal. Pros: Can't think of a pro. Cons: They are causing us so many problems trying to get our car back more

This company is taking advantage of individuals who are in desperate situations. They are called by law enforcement not the owner to tow vehicles disabled in an accident and when the owner goes to pick up their vehicle they are charged ridiculous charges and fees. It's not just the tow charge but they add a winching fee to get the vehicle on the tow truck and then they have the nerve to charge you a $57.00 admin fee. Who ever heard of a nearly $200.00 charge to tow a vehicle 1.74 miles? Yes I said 1.74 miles. Please don't get me started on the $20.00 a day storage fee. Cons: Extremely over priced. Takes advantage of customers. more
