They had this contest going on, i live chat the company to ask questions, they say an agent will have to contact me and tried to get my phone number. I only gave them my email and first name. Then i get this email that doesn't answer any of my questions and tries to tell me people are excited about their sale. I emailed back NO i want to ask about the CONTEST. Next thing i know i have spam emails (from the same email address) saying that my information was given to them that i was looking for a car and they would continue to contact me until they reach me. Basically threatening they would harass me with sales. Given to them? Funny because at the top it said Alyssa Noname keeping in mind my first name was the only thing i gave in the live chat. Wouldn't you think if someone sold my info they'd have a little more then that? They're not human they're salespeople. Who wants to support a business like that? And after all, they still wouldn't answer my questions about the sweepstakes. Nice.L more

Miracle Chrysler Dodge Jeep is full of Liars and Theives and Low Lifes 3/16/2011

The Managers and Higher ups at Miracle Chrysler Dodge Jeep are THE biggest LIARS and THEIVES and all around LOW DOWN PEOPLE I have ever come in contact or done business with!!! I don't even see how they are allowed to still operate as a business with the way they treat their customers and mislead them! I can assure you they have NEVER even heard of customer service, much less ever learned how to practice or put it in to use! Their Sales,Parts,Service.....All of it!!! They are nothing but a bunch of low lifes that just give good honest people one more reason to look down on the auto industury and car dealers. There are lots of really great places to buy and service a car in this area so I would really reccomend staying as far away from this place as possible. If you enjoy getting lied to stolen from mislead and treated like less than a human then Miracle is the perfect place for you!!! As for me and everyone I know we will go elsewhere!!! more
