I WOULD have been a new patient, but after calling to cancel an appointment to figure out insurance copays/deductible, whomever answered the phone was VERY rude. They lost a pot...

I WOULD have been a new patient, but after calling to cancel an appointment to figure out insurance copays/deductible, whomever answered the phone was VERY rude. They lost a potential client and I will be sure to pass the word along to others to go somewhere else. I would NOT want to do business with a practice that can't even respect their prospective clients. more
