the manager was very knowledgeable and made up for the wait by making sure that we understood everything that was happening. He sold us an extended warranty that covers more things and costs less than anything else I was able to find online. I am happy with the deal that we got. more

Had my Passat serviced. Staff was friendly and got me in and out. I prefer having my car serviced by the dealer, but don't usually like the prices. Prices here are comparable to mom and pop shops but the technicians are VW certified. Makes the difference for me. more

I found Miller Volvo to be very reasonable. The same job that Lovering Volvo wanted $1200 for Miller did for $600. They gave me a nice loaner car, the service manager was personable, the waiting area wasn't as fancy but overall I was very pleased with Miller I will use them again. more

Although the service has not been done on the car yet, the service rep that helped me set up the appointment was very professional. He assisted me to find out all of the information we would need for the repair. He did a very good job of balancing his attention as well, by helping other customers with quicker drop-offs at the same time. more
