It was our first time buying new house while simultaneously selling our current house. Adam coached us through the complicated process and did a fabulous job of representing us. Within two months we were in our new home and had closed on our old house. We would have floundered without Adam’s help. We highly recommend Mill House Properties! more

I visited the house I’m going to be renting in Chapel Hill myself last weekend and was so happy with the state of the apartment…Everything is so incredibly nice; I am really looking forward to living there this year. After managing my own rental for a number of years I turned my unit over to be professionally managed by Mill House Properties. They are one of the premier rental agencies in Chapel Hill. My tenants are in great hands with them. more
