Milano Bakery & Cafe

Our trips to Eastern Market would not be complete without a stop at Milano Bakery for a fresh danish and a great cup of coffee! We stopped by a couple of weeks ago and they were just bringing out a fresh platter of cannoli and we got to sample them! The staff is always friendly and very helpful. They also have the BEST selection of cookies for Christmas. If you're traveling down to Eastern Market, DO NOT MISS MILANO BAKERY! For those looking for exceptional baked goods, breads, cookies, and other fine deserts, this is the place for you. Not sure if they do wedding cakes, flat sheets, but I can imagine if they do they are as good as any of their other goods. I HIGHLY recommend this place, its always a must stop when I visit the Eastern Market. Very clean also. They also prepare light lunch for those who cant wait to jump into that cupcake. Staff is always very pleasant also, but don't try to hold a lengthy convo with them because they keep it moving.
