My visit was fine, thanks. Everyone is always pleasant and professional. BUT please cut down on the reminders, texts, emails, vm's..it's way too much. I am too busy to respond and it gets a little aggravating...one reminder, email or text is enough. I respect your need to keep your schedule, but you are interfering with mine.not the first time I've mentioned this) Thanks. more

Excellent Experience 10/24/2011

Paul and his entire staff were great. I was a new patient and was treated as though I had been seen for years. Exam was through and professional. Each procedure and results were explained in detail and all questions were answered to my satisfaction. I had a great experience and would highly recommend Dr. Mikhli's services to all who seek quality dental care! more

Making an Oral Exam a Soothing Expeience 10/3/2011

My trips to the dentist are always met with friendly staff who want to make my experience comfortable and soothing. From the greeting at the reception window to the time in the chair, I am at ease. The thorough and informative service of the hygenist and the professional exam by the dentist all contribute to the overall quality of the experience. more

Relaxing enjoyable no aches or pains asking about a tooth needs to be down to where in my mouth not looking at an xray and having no idea where in my mouth it is to many medical terms not enough english We are all specialists in our fields we would not talk teleponeeze or we would never sell anything and have no customers I know your whole staff cares about me as a patient but I feel dumb with all the terms that have to do with my mouth,teeth,gums, roots, filling types. Dr Paul explained why the new fillings showed up different than the old ones. It made me feel better than all my fillings are decaying more

We just recently moved to Cleveland, but as soon as we stepped into Dr. Mikhli's office, it was as if we'd been going there for years. Not only is everyone extremely professional, but there is never a hesitation to treat patients as if they're great friends or family. I have been to several great dental offices, but Mikhli's is by far the best yet. more

I normally don't like going to the dentist. Most people don't, really! But Dr. Mikhli and his staff make the experience as pain free and as pleasant as possible. I can't imagine going anywhere else. more
